the body and mind. Studio Abhyas offers yoga specially designed
for children keeping in mind their growing bodies, developing muscular
structure, changing hormones, short attention spans, plus the stress
and distractions of modern life. A practice of viniyasa-s or asana-series
are put together to limber and strengthen the body; build stamina
and endurance; develop focus and will power, plus channel the energies
of the growing child. In addition the child learns invaluable skills
and coping mechanism that set the groundwork for meeting challenges
and growing strong physically, mentally and emotionally for a lifetime
of successful achievement.
Yoga Classes for Children are held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:00 p.m. - 5.45 p.m.
